Subscription

When you buy a product, this include a time-limited subscription. The time-limited period is one year and includes access to the forum, the documentation and the selected product updates.

During the subscription period, you get access to updates. After expiration of your subscription you may use this software still. However, to get new versions, you must purchase the product again.

Order process, software license

By placing your order you make a binding offer to us to enter into this contract with you. We may accept this offer by sending a confirmation of contract to you by email. The contract goes into effect when the confirmation of order email is sent.

You may obtain comprehensive information about the desired product in the respective article description. You can purchase our products by clicking on the [Buy now] button within the respective article. This link will redirect you to the secure PayPal site.

You need to be a member of our site to purchase extensions. You need to enter your contact/address details if you are not yet registered. If you are an existing customer you log in via the customer log-in link. By placing an order you accept our Standard Terms and Conditions. The contract becomes effective when we send you the confirmation email for your order.

Refund of downloaded software

Refunds for already downloaded software isn't possible. The above mentioned right of cancellation does not apply to software already downloaded. Please read the system requirements stated in the product description to check whether the software can be operated on your system. If you are unsure about having the necessary requirements, please ask your provider.

Which payment methods are available?

For payment we accept only bank transfer (EU only) and PayPal (global). Our bank account information for bank transfers or a link to Paypal with the total amount are shown are sent by email after you confirm the order.

If you pay via bank account transfer, please use the purchase order number as subject. The total amount has to be paid within 10 days. You will get the download ID as soon as we receive the payment at our bank or PayPal account.

If you paid via Paypal using the payment method "eCheck", the payment remains open until the money has been transferred from your bank account to our PayPal account, which usually takes 4-12 business days (depending on your country). You will get the download ID after the money has reached our PayPal account.
