Some of our extensions are commercial. To buy them, please follow this little wizzard:

• At first, please create an account on myjoom.com
• Select your product
• At the bottom of the product description, you see the shopping form (must be logged in)
• Select the currency you want to use
• Select the payment method (Paypal or Bank transfer)
• Read and accept the terms of uses
• If you have a coupon code, enter it in the input box (you can check it with the button)
• Click the "Buy Now" button
• Next step depends on the payment method. Choose the appropriate button.

Our extensions are developed under GPL license, but it's only fair to not redistribute them. Please respect our invested effort and do not freely share them.

A good tip: in many cases the price in CHF currency is cheaper!

Payment

Paypal

Paying with PayPal it's a simple securely online payment process that takes just a few seconds. Using Paypal is the faster way to get an extension. Once your payment is confirmed by Paypal, myJoom.com will be notified and send you the confirmation email with the download link. If you use an echeck to pay with Paypal, the process take from 2 to 5 days. More info is found in the myjoom.com shopper information article.

With Paypal direct payment all process is automatic.

• After you have clicked on the "Buy now" button
• An intermediate page is displayed for seconds then you should be automatically redirected to the Paypal site
• As a part of this process, please fill-in your email address & password in the member’s login section.
• At this point, if authentication was performed successfully, you will find only one more step to complete the payment.
• Please review your order and click the Pay Now button to complete your purchase.
• After your payment is processed, the message “you just completed your payment” will appear and the PayPal system will respond to you by email to confirm receipt of your payment.
• Using “Return to myjoom.com” link you will be redirect to myJoom.com page.
• A security message can be displayed, don't worry as that is normal.
• Now check your inbox (or you spam box) for a confirmation mail from PayPal. The download link will be sent from myJoom shortly thereafter.

Bank transfer

If you select the  bank transfer method, you will receive our bank info, then you can pay via money transfer. Please follow the instructions carefully or you will never receive the product. More info in the myjoom.com shopper information article.

With Bank transfers the process in manual. We need to wait until the funds have been deposited into our account and then we confirm the order. This is typically done in one business day.

• After you have clicked on the "Buy now" button
• The page is reloaded with a confirmation on the top of the page
• You will get an email with our bank information
• Follow the process
• Wait for the confirmation that the payment has been received. (dependent on your bank)
• Now check your inbox (or you spam box) the download link will be send from myJoom once we have check the order and the amount.

After the confirmation

At this point, you have 3 method to get your product:

• Click on the download link provided on the confirmation email from myJoom
• Go to the download center (after you are logged), on myjoom.com > products and here you can check your subscriptions and download :
• Go to your profile (after you are logged) on myJoom, and there is a "My subscriptions" tab where you can download :

For start download your software, please go to the myJoom.com website, looking for "My download center" or “My profile” and here you should see your current subscription.

“My Download Center” contains all data about the files you have downloaded, the remaining subscription time and a direct download link. If your recent order doesn't appear here, please wait a moment for the PayPal approval. To access “My Download Center” You need to be logged on myJoom.

IMPORTANT: if the  “confirmation email” or “email verification” e-mail is not received please check your SPAM folder or your email security setting of your email server.  As a member of our community you can manage your user profile visiting your “profile page”

How to pay less

Pay via PayPal using Swiss Francs (CHF)

We recommend people use Swiss Francs (CHF) and not EURO or Dollars. That is because the PayPal Conversion Rate is better that using EURO or USD. Get the daily rate here and see how much money you can save by paying in CHF!

Providing us a back-link

If you create a back-link pointing to http://www.myjoom.com/products from a visible page on your site, we will refund you 33%. Send us an email (with your order number, and the URL where is the link) and we will refund 33% of your Paypal order.

What is the shopping cart system that we use?

Some customers have ask us what shopping system we are using on myJoom.com. It is a Sobi2 plugin named 'FileShop' for sobi2, that we have developed for our own purpose. We have tested it for sale and once we are finished (strings, backend interface, ...) you can see it on our shop for sale!
