Order process, formation of the contract

By your order you make a binding offer to us to enter shinto the contract with you. We may accept this offer by sending a confirmation of contract to you by email. The contract comes into being when this confirmation of order is sent.

You may obtain comprehensive information about the desired product in the respective article description. You can purchase our products by clicking on the [Buy now] button within the respective article description. This redirect you to the secure paypal site.

First you need to be member of our site, by enter your address details if you are not yet one of our existing customers. If you are an existing customer you log in via the customer log-in. During the order process you accept our Standard Terms and Conditions. By doing this, you transmit the order to us. We then send you by email a confirmation of order by means of which the contract is brought into being.

Restitution of already downloaded software

Restitution of already downloaded software isn't possible at all. For that, in principle the abovementioned right of cancellation does not apply to download of software. Please read the system requirements stated in the product description to check whether the software can be operated on your systems. If you are unsure about having the necessary requirements, please ask your provider.

Which payment methods are available?

We only accept Bank Transfer (European Union only) and Paypal (World). Our bank account data resp. a link to Paypal and the total amount are shown and sent by email after you confirm the order.

If you pay via bank account transfer, please use the purchase order number as subject. The total amount has to be paid within 10 days. You will get the download ID as soon as we receive the payment at our bank or Paypal account. 

If you paid via Paypal payment method "eCheck", the payment remains open until the money has been transfered from your bank account to our Paypal account, which usually takes 4-12 business days (depending on your country). You will get the download ID after the money has reached our PayPal account.
